Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arvelle Equestrian website at arvelleeq.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of a product. Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the item has shipped.

All payments are processed securely through Obsydian Pay. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@arvelleeq.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Arvelle Equestrian or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvelle Equestrian and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or purchase of products, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
